Luke (Tim Rozon) is close to making a BIG sale. There is just one problem: The buyer wants all the houses on the property to be his, and is willing to pay good money for it. At the Roman Agency, Luke meets up with the owner of the idyllic cottage, Kay (guest star Tara Yelland), who is hesitant to let go of her “priceless” home.
He turns on the charm hoping the homeowner will sell, however, the bombshell readhead plays hard to get. Luke eventually offers a date for them to discuss more details over dinner. Will she accept?
