Melissa Barrera and Kathryn Newton Must Kill a Vampire Ballerina in Radio Silence’s “Abigail” Trailer

In theaters April 19

The masterminds behind the resurgence of Wes Craven’s Scream franchise have unleashed a new trailer for their latest original horror film from Universal Studios, Abigail, set to hit theaters this spring. Judging from the trailer, it’ll be a wild, bloody ride, pitting serial kidnappers against a vampire ballerina. Yes, you read that right.

The film stars Scream veteran Melissa Barrera as a kidnapper who abducts the twelve year old daughter of a powerful underworld figure to collect a $50 million ransom. Locked in an isolated mansion, the kidnappers realize that they’re trapped with no ordinary little girl.
