A little over a month ago, The CW launched the full-episode mobile app for the iPhone, iPad, and Android! The new app — which you can download here — looks amazing on the new iPad’s Retina Display and the video quality is actually pretty good!
On the heels of that launch, The Secret Circle follows The Vampire Diaries and Nikita in getting their own dedicated app, available now.
The CW Network and Warner Bros. Television have created a brand new app for fans of The Secret Circle to experience more of the Magic beyond their televisions.
The new app allows fans to experience magic from the series, share their fun on Facebook and delve more deeply into the mythology of the characters.
“We’re so excited about the launch of this app,” said The Secret Circle executive producer Andrew Miller. “We wanted to give something back to the fans and thought that being able to channel your inner witch and earn power badges or read the Book of Shadows on your iPhone was a pretty cool way to do it. I love how it turned out – it’s a great way to experience the show a little deeper.”
Fans with iPhone and iPad devices can enjoy features such as video clips, episode previews and photos from the show, as well as character entries in the Book of Shadows.
To keep you busy, the app also includes a fun, addicting Magic Memory Game, which will definitely help kill time when you’re bored and on the go. After completing each round, a badge is awarded which you can then share on Facebook.
Unlike the previously mentioned CW Full-Episode app, The Secret Circle dedicated app doesn’t look as sharp on the new iPad and even a bit blurry on the older iPad 2. We hope an update is in the works.
