LIKE A VIRGIN | Stiles (Dylan O’Brien) gets more than he bargained for when he attends a party at an old friend’s house. A girl he knew from nursery school is having her seventeenth birthday party and with her sights set on losing her virginity that night, she targets Stiles as the lucky guy to punch her V-card. However, when Stiles runs to an upstairs bathroom to find a condom, Heather is stalked in the basement by an unseen force. The scene looks straight out of a creepy horror movie — a lone girl in the basement being toyed around with by a hidden killer. Wine bottles fly in every which direction off of their racks until Heather is backed up against a wall, where the window above her is opened and she is pulled through it and never seen again. Stiles returns and finds her gone.
ON THE ROCKS | In an effort to regain his memories of when he was captured and locate the whereabouts of Boyd (Sinqua Walls) and Erica (Gage Golightly), Isaac (Daniel Sharman) agrees to slow his heart rate down enough to slip him into a trance-like state. “It’ll let us access your subconscious mind,” Dr. Deaton (Seth Gilliam) tells him. How slow does his heart need to be for the hypnosis to take effect? “Near dead,” Deaton reveals. It’s not going to be comfortable for Isaac; the method being used requires him to be submerged in a tub full of ice. Not good for him, but good for us — he takes his shirt off before going under!
MISTY, WATER-COLORED MEMORIES | Isaac, now in the trance, is able to go back to where he found Erica and Boyd. Isaac is able to tell Dr. Deaton that the two are being held in an abandoned building. He remembers of Boyd being worried about what will happen during the next full moon. The hypnosis starts to spiral out of control and when Isaac snaps out of his trance, he’s completely remembered where he was: Beacon Hills First National Bank. After this revelation, Dr. Deaton, Stiles, Scott (Tyler Posey) and Derek (Tyler Hoechlin) are surprised at what Isaac revealed while he was under: the discovery of Erica’s lifeless body.
BREAKING AND ENTERING | While Scott, Derek, and Stiles devise a plan to break into Beacon Hills First National Bank, Allison has plans of her own and gets there before everyone else does. While there, she runs into Ms. Morell (Bianca Lawson)! “You have no idea what you just stepped into,” she warns Allison. She instructs Allison to hide in a storage closet and to come out when she hears the fighting start. While in the closet she finds Erica’s decaying body.
BANK WITHDRAWAL | Derek and Scott break through the walls of the bank to find and rescue Boyd, however Scott receives a call from Stiles who gives him disturbing news. The walls in the vault where Boyd was kept is made of a mineral called hecatolite which scatters the moonlight. Since Boyd and the girl he’s been locked up with have been deprived of shifting for three full moons diminishing their tolerance to it, they’re going to be stronger, more savage, and blood-thirsty. Shortly after finding Boyd, the identity of the girl with him is revealed; her name is Cora who turns out to be the assumed-dead, younger sister of Derek, Cora. The fighting begins and Allison runs out of the closet to the vault and breaks a seal which allows Boyd and Cora to escape. That had been the plan but not in the savage state they were in.
