While we would’ve preferred a launch date close to the spooky Halloween season, SYFY is listing its house-hunting (and haunting) series SurrealEstate for a Spring release for its third chapter.
Along with the premiere date announcement, the cabler shared an official trailer (above) as well as some brand new key art, which you can check out below.
Created by George R. Olson, Mstrong>SurrealEstate tells the story of real estate agents Luke Roman and Susan Ireland and an elite team of specialists that handle the cases no one else can: haunted and possessed houses that literally scare would-be buyers away.
Researching, investigating and “fixing” the things that go bump in the night, the team works to create closure – and closings – even as they struggle with demons of their own.
Three years after the events of Season Two, real estate agents Luke Roman, Susan Ireland and their team continue to help clients buy and sell metaphysically engaged properties (haunted houses), even as Luke is stalked by an old, demonic childhood nemesis who threatens Luke and everyone he cares about…dead or alive.
Starring Tim Rozon, Sarah Levy, Maurice Dean Wint and Elena Juatco, Season 3 of SurrealEstate premieres Thursday, April 3 at 10pm only on SYFY.
