A potential new-hire for the Roman/Ireland Agency is interviewed by Luke and August, in this exclusive sneak peek for this week’s all-new episode of SurrealEstate.

In the sneak peek for the episode, titled “Death Does a Refi,” which you can find below, a friend of the technology specialist tries to make a good first impression in the hopes of landing a role within the agency.

Meanwhile, Lomax shows a house to a prospective buyer who may have deadly intentions.

The supernatural series returns to find the Roman/Ireland team three years after the events of season two. They continue to help clients buy and sell metaphysically engaged properties, but this season Luke encounters an old, demonic childhood nemesis who threatens him and everyone he cares about . . . dead or alive.

Titled “Death Does a Refi,” episode 3×03 is described as follows:

Luke meets the personification of Death, who needs help with a former client. Susan assists a local developer with an old farmhouse whose occupants aren’t ready to vacate.
