Ashes, Ashes, We All Fall Down.

SYFY’s SurrealEstate is right around the corner, and PopWire has your exclusive first look at the Season 3 Premiere of the house haunting series.

In the three-minute sneak peek, which you can find below, it’s a race against the clock as Luke (Tim Rozon) and Susan (Sarah Levy) are enlisted by helpless homeowners who are trying to rid their home of a supernatural entity.

The research done by the “Roman Ireland Agency” team indicates that the house is being haunted by the wife of the original homeowner who was separated after he died in a warehouse fire.

Her return on the one hundredth anniversary reveals the twisted truth no one saw coming.

Our exclusive sneak peek is one part of SurrealEstate‘s Season 3 Premiere cold open. It’s very reminiscent of the opening to the series’ sophomore season.

The supernatural series returns to find the Roman/Ireland team three years after the events of season two. They continue to help clients buy and sell metaphysically engaged properties, but this season Luke encounters an old, demonic childhood nemesis who threatens him and everyone he cares about . . . dead or alive.

The series stars Tim Rozon, Sarah Levy, Maurice Dean Wint and Elena Juatco.

Titled “Buckaroo,” the season premiere is described as follows:

A face from Luke’s childhood returns. The staff of Roman/Ireland has to overcome some bad information on one haunted house and investigate a ghostly cowboy in another.

Written by George R. Olson and directed by Paolo Barzman, SurrealEstate‘s Season 3 Premiere “Buckaroo” airs Thursday, April 3 at 10/9c on SYFY.
