SYFY’s supernatural scripted series is about to get electrifying.

The cabler recently revealed the official key art for the sophomore season of vampire dramedy Reginald the Vampire, which you can check out below.

In addition to hinting what’s to come in the new season when it debuts in a few weeks, the poster reveals Claire (Thailey Roberge) embracing and utilizing her secret and “shocking” power. It’s worth a re-watch of the entire first season to see all the little clues they have planted teasing her ability.

As early as the series premiere of Reginald the Vampire, the opening minutes at the slushy shop hinted at Claire’s powers. Remember when Claire approached Reginald at the counter and the register opened up on its own? That was Claire’s doing.

There are many more moments scattered throughout the season, cable’s #2 scripted program in both total viewers and the 18-49 demo. Let us know your favorites in the comments below!

Reginald Andres finally got his life together – when he was turned into a vampire. While he doesn’t fit into the stereotypical expectations of what a vampire looks like – he’s not chiseled or classically handsome – Reginald has found his place amongst an unlikely cohort that includes the cool vampire who sired him, the former vampire chieftain turned unexpected ally (or is she?), and his co-worker/former girlfriend. A show with a lot of heart and just enough blood, “Reginald the Vampire” proves the undead life is just as complicated as life itself.

Reginald the Vampire Season 2 premieres Wednesday, May 8 at 10pm on SYFY.
