A brand new horror-comedy film is set to slay theaters this fall, just in time for the Halloween season.
Shudder announced Wednesday morning that Tina Romero’s Queens of the Dead will hit the big screen in late October.
A zombie apocalypse breaks out in Brooklyn on the night of a giant warehouse party, where an eclectic group of drag queens, club kids, and frenemies must put aside their drama and use their unique skills to fight against the brain-thirsty, scrolling undead.

Directed by Tina Romero and written by Romero and Erin Judge, Queens of the Dead stars Katy O’Brian, Jaquel Spivey, Tomas Matos, Nina West, Quincy Dunn-Baker, Jack Haven, Cheyenne Jackson, Dominique Jackson, Margaret Cho, Riki Lindhome, Eve Lindley, Becca Blackwell, Shaunette Renée Wilson, and Julie J.
Queens of the Dead hits theaters October 24.
