With nearly two months away until the series premiere of Peacock’s new horror-thriller Teacup, the streaming service has unloaded several goodies to tease the series from James Wan and Ian McCulloch.

Today’s update includes the official first teaser of Teacup, a brand new teaser poster, and even more first-look photos, all of these which preview what’s to come in the 8-episode first season.

From modern-day master of horror and the mind behind The Conjuring and Insidious, James Wan’s Atomic Monster produces the series, joined by first-time showrunner Ian McCulloch (Yellowstone).

McCullough called the series a “keyhole epic,” while also admitting that the series is a loose adaptation of the 1988 best selling novel Stinger by Robert McCammon. “It’s the same story through a small lens, grounded spectacle with momentum.”
