Leah Pipes’ Cammy certainly got the shock of her life on The CW’s hit show The Originals when she discovered the town she had been living in had been occupied by witches and vampires for quite some time now.
When OMFGTV chatted with the star at the San Diego Comic-Con, Pipes promised that the shocks are far from over.
“As twisted as Season 1 got, Season 2 is going to get more dark and twisted,” she tells us. “The few things I have heard [about Season 2], it’s like I think we need to get a therapist in the writers room ASAP. Something’s happening there. They probably have really bad family issues because the Mikaelson’s are just about the most messed up family ever!”
“The more twisted, the more I’m like reading the script like, ‘Oh, my God! I can’t believe they just did that and went there!” she adds. “I think everyone who watches the show really likes the twisted element about it. No one’s expecting a Rom-Com when they’re watching The Originals. It’s not going to have a happy ending any time soon.”
She goes on to say that while Season 2 is so far fantastic, there’s a certain episode that she’s very excited about. “I just read [episode] 204. Oh, my God, it’s so good. It’s so good!”
The Originals Season 2 airs this fall on The CW.
