Season 3 of the critically-acclaimed, multi award-winning prison comedy is almost here, and we can’t wait to reunite with our favorite inmates from Orange is the New Black.
Netflix, the online streaming giant, had recently released a hilarious new trailer which teased a lot of what’s to come including the return of Piper’s former flame, a familiar face from Season 2, as well as some fresh new characters.
Australian actress and model Ruby Rose (pictured below) joins the cast as Stella Carlin, an inmate with a sarcastic sense of humor whose captivating looks quickly draws a lot of attention and becomes a romantic interest for both Piper Chapman and Alex Vause.
Promotional photos for the new season have landed online which shows Big Boo getting an extreme makeover, Piper and Alex reconnecting, and business in the cafeteria as usual.
The Emmy Award-winning drama, created by Jenji Kohan, stars Taylor Schilling (Piper Chapman), Uzo Aduba (Crazy Eyes), Laura Prepon (Alex Vause), Kate Mulgrew (Galina “Red” Reznikov), Natasha Lyonne (Nicky Nichols). The series also stars Laverne Cox (Sophia Burset), Lea DeLaria (Big Boo) and Nick Sandow (Caputo).
Orange is the New Black Season 3 Premieres June 12 only on Netflix.
