Attention Agents: Nikita Season 2 just got a little bit bigger!
According to TVLine The CW has ordered an additional episode of Nikita bringing its season order from 22 to 23 episodes! That’s one additional episode filled with Nikita, Michael and Alex goodness!
*cough*Make Devon Sawa (Owen) a regular*cough*
The network has also ordered two additional episodes for 90210 and Gossip Girl bringing their forthcoming seasons to 24 episodes a piece.
Does this mean 23 weeks of Nikita programming? We prefer 22 weeks with the 22nd week including that additional episode for a 2-hour season finale instead of breaking up the 2-part finale into two weeks like last season.
We hope Nikita’s second season is a big success that The CW orders yet another episode making it a complete 24-ep season.
Nikita premieres on its new night and time Friday, September 23rd at 8/7c on The CW.
