The online DVD rental and streaming service Netflix has brought online the first trailer for Season 3 of the outrageous and critically-acclaimed prison comedy Orange is the New Black (set to premiere this summer) which you can view below.
The Emmy Award-winning drama, created by Jenji Kohan, stars Taylor Schilling (Piper Chapman), Uzo Aduba (Crazy Eyes), Laura Prepon (Alex Vause), Kate Mulgrew (Galina “Red” Reznikov), Natasha Lyonne (Nicky Nichols). The series also stars Laverne Cox (Sophia Burset), Lea DeLaria (Big Boo) and Nick Sandow (Caputo).
Season 3 will introduce a new character, Stella Carlin, played by Australian actress and model Ruby Rose. Stella is described as an inmate with a sarcastic sense of humor whose captivating looks quickly draws the attention of some of Litchfield’s inmates and becomes a romantic interest for both Piper Chapman and Alex Vause.
Orange is the New Black Season 3 Premieres June 12 only on Netflix.
