You’ve heard of “Paint by Numbers;” You’ve heard of “Murder by Numbers.” In MTV’s latest promo for its new series Sweet/Vicious, Taylor and Jules present to you “Revenge by Numbers.”
“Five: The number of times she said ‘stop’ before she couldn’t speak anymore,” Jules says; “Four: The number of hours she spent at the ER,” adds Ophelia.
Yes, the countdown’s bullet points are pretty rough, but it is balanced out with each cutting to a knife in a leg, a kick in the face and a crowbar to the back of the head. The last one, though, may be the most painful of all!
This show may be a dramedy, but the subject matter is a serious one! And don’t let these two little darlings fool you– they “will f*c you up!”

Starring Taylor Dearden (“Ophelia”) and Eliza Bennett (“Jules”), Sweet/Vicious is an offbeat superhero story for the millennial generation. Hell-bent on bringing justice to those who get away with abuse on their college campus, Jules and Ophelia take on double lives as wannabe vigilantes. Filled with clumsy attempts and missteps, the odd-couple pair of antiheroes must balance their new secret life with best friends, parents, love interests, and the metaphorical monsters under their beds.
At the core of the f*cked up, hilarious, heartbreaking world of Jules and Ophelia is the heart of the show: two girls, who never felt like they belonged, finding a home in each other… and trying to kick a lot of ass.
Sweet/Vicious premieres Tuesday, November 15th, at 10pm on MTV.
