Episode 3 of Ms. Marvel is here and it brings with it a few answers and lots more questions. As Kamala learns the source of her powers, her two lives clash during her brother’s wedding. Bruno tries to help, while Nakia stands up for her community.
Find Your Way Home | In a flashback to India in 1942, a group of people are hunting for the bracelet that gave Kamala (Iman Vellani) her powers in a tomb that appears to have the Ten Rings insignia on the floor. Among them is Kamala’s great-grandmother, Ayesha, who is separated from the others after retrieving the bracelet, but her cohorts say that they need two bracelets to get home. In present day, Kamran’s (Rish Shah) mother reveals to Kamala that she, Ayesha, and a group of others are from another dimension of light and need Kamala’s powers to return. She also tells Kamala that they are called Clandestines and in their dimension, they are known as gin.

Do the Right Thing | Kamala briefs Bruno (Matt Lintz) on the situation and makes him promise to help, while Damage Control agents search the mosque looking for Kamala as seen on a TikTok video. Nakia (Yasmeen Fletcher) tells them they can’t search the mosque without a warrant and later tells Kamala that she was elected to the mosque’s board. As Kamala and her family prepare for Aamir’s (Saagar Shaikh) wedding, Kamala gets a package from Bruno with a superhero mask.
Not Asking Anymore | After Bruno warns Kamala that her using her powers to send the Clandestines home would require her to use the power of the sun, Kamala texts Kamran that they need to wait to send them home. Unfortunately, Kamran’s mother sees the text and sends her men after Kamala and her family at the wedding reception. Kamala pulls the fire alarm to get everyone to safety and fights off the Clandestine henchmen with Kamran’s help, but Bruno gets injured in the process. Kamran’s mother grabs Kamala’s bracelet and they both see a vision of a train, before Damage Control agents arrive and arrest the Clandestine.
Kamala and Bruno escape, but Nakia witnesses Kamala using her powers and gets angry, since Kamala was the one who brought unwanted attention to the mosque. Kamala is forced to scram as Nakia helps the injured Bruno, but when she gets home, her family is angry at her for having disappeared. Kamala obviously can’t explain why she did so, but when she goes to her bedroom, she gets a call from her grandmother demanding that she come meet her, saying that she had the vision of the train as well. ‘
