Hallmark Channel has released episodic photos for the sophomore series’ season finale of The Way Home, which you can check out below. The installment, titled “Bring Me to Life,” is described as follows:
Del, Kat, Alice, and Elliot each receive answers about their past and present, while hope for the future brings new questions.

The Way Home, “Bring Me to Life,” was written by Heather Conkie and directed by John Fawcet. The episode airs Sunday, March 31 at 9/8c on Hallmark Channel.
