Hallmark Channel released official photos for episode #204 of The Way Home, which you can check out below. The installment, titled “Wake Me Up When September Ends,” is described as follows:
Kat (Leigh) learns more about Jacob’s life in 1814 but that knowledge raises more questions. Alice’s (Laflamme-Snow) travels to the past take her to a time when the carefree world she once knew is gone, while also giving her a front row seat to her parents’ engagement that plays out differently than the version she’s been told.
Brady (Al Mukadam, “Pretty Hard Cases”) pays a visit to Port Haven and tries to help Del (MacDowell) with the future of the farm by negotiating with her new neighbor Sam (Rob Stewart, “Mayor of Kingstown”). Kat and Elliot (Williams) navigate new boundaries.
