View our list below and hit the comments and let us know what you thought were the funniest/best moments of the season!
I PREFER SAMANTHA | Episode: Win Some, Lose Some (#201)
It was one of the most buzzed about piece of casting news at the time when Lindsey Gort was tapped to play the iconic character, Samantha Jones. The addition of Samantha on the show combined with Lindsey’s performance was a much-needed boost the show needed. She was a breath of fresh air and we were giddy with excitement to see what else she would bring to the show for the rest of the season.
MORNING SURPRISE | Episode: Express Yourself (#202)
It’s been weeks since Samantha first moved in, and Walt (Brendan Dooling) and Carrie (AnnaSophia Robb) feel that she’s overstayed her welcome. This funny moment comes on a day when New York is scorching hot and to relieve herself of the heat, Samantha lounges around the apartment nude. She bends over to grab something from the fridge and Walt accidentally glances over and almost spits out his coffee.
PARTY LINE | Episode: Express Yourself (#202)
Samantha works from home as a phone sex operator and when she accidentally interrupts a phone conversation between Carrie and her father, she mistakes him for one of her clients. “”Hello there, big boy,” she greets him. “Has someone been very naughty?” Carrie’s bewildered father then asks Carrie, “What the hell is going on in your house?”
DIRTY DISH DISTRACTIONS | Episode: Express Yourself (#202)
Talk about a c**k blocker! Tom (Matt Letscher) tries to have sex with his girlfriend, but she is very distracted by the mess in the kitchen. “I can’t have sex when I know that there is a sink full of brie-encrusted dirty dishes in the next room,” she tells Tom. “I know that doesn’t make any sense, but it’s driving me crazy.” This bit may have been borrowed from Desperate Housewives, but it’s still funny, nonetheless.
MANIC MANTRA | Episode: Strings Attached (#203)
Two episodes without Larissa (Freema Agyeman) is too long, so we were thrilled that the fabu princess returned to our screen. In this episode, Larissa returns from her trip to Japan where she had an affair with a CEO of a major corporation. “They make electronics,” she hints to Carrie and Walt. He also taught her to be Zen. “It’s a way of life. Zen is all about being in the moment, remaining calm and detached from expectations.” She then chants her mantra; a combination of words she came up with to help her feel calm and centered, and we laughed out loud upon hearing it. “Sake, waketake, sock-it-to-me.”
NOT SAFE FOR WORK | Episode: The Safety Dance (#206)
Carrie meets with Larissa and Samantha, both who do not get along with each other at this point, in this hilarious scene in Larissa’s office. In this scene, Carrie asks for help about sex and Sam and Larissa are the most perverted people she knows. The two ask Carrie about Weaver’s stamina, recovery time, and length; rapid fire sex positions suggestions and also mention their favorites. “A reverse bat cave is my favorite,” Larissa reveals.
ARMED AND FABULOUS | Episode: The Safety Dance (#206)
Bennet (Jake Robinson) moves to the most dangerous part of town, otherwise known as Alphabet City and Walt is not liking it one bit. “It’s like the seventh level of hell,” he says. This hilarious moment comes after Mouse (Ellen Wong) suggests he carry mace the next time he visits Bennet. Walt has the mace out and ready to shoot and when he hears a gunshot, he accidentally maces himself followed by shrieks of pain.
TWO TO TANGO | Episode: The Safety Dance (#206)
Though Larissa and Samantha don’t quite get along, the one thing they do have in common is their love for sex. Larissa invites Samantha for a three-way with Harlan and when he gets stuck in traffic, the pair do not let the handcuffs, sexy outfits, and rose petal-covered bed go to waste. “You wouldn’t have been able to handle me,” Samantha challenges Larissa. It doesn’t take long for the two to get hot and heavy and shag each other. But they haven’t forgotten about Harlan; Larissa video tapes the whole thing for him to enjoy later.
ACTING IS ATTRACTING | Episode: Date Expectations (#210)
Donna LaDonna (Chloe Bridges) has quickly become one of our favorite characters this season. Didn’t care for her last season, but this season, we are absolutely loving her! When Maggie (Katie Findlay) accidentally enrolls in the Army, Mouse and Donna are at her rescue. In this scene, Donna, Maggie and Mouse try to get their way past a gate guard to make it to the recruitment center to destroy Maggie’s application. Donna flirts with the guard and shows off her breasts, which she lovingly calls an “all-access pass,” and when he says he can’t let her in, she brings on the waterworks and comes up with a sob story that fools the guard.
HORSING AROUND | Episode: Date Expectations (#210)
“Such a shameless, desperate plea for attention,” Larissa says about Samantha. “I can’t believe they’re eating it up.” We’re sensing a little jealousy from Larissa when Samantha made a grand entrance in a gay club (un)dressed as Lady Godiva and riding on a horse named Bluebell. After a hilarious moment where Larissa was called a bitch twice and removed from the club, she and Samantha ended the episode on good terms and riding Bluebell together. “I knew they’d love us as a pair,” Larissa says. After their first attempt at sharing Harlan for a shag, the two should know by now that sharing is caring!
MONEY MAKER | Episode: This is the Time (#212)
Ten thousand dollars in extra money was raised for the school’s prom committee and more than half of that — six thousand, to be exact — was raised by Donna herself! When you want to raise a lot of money for your high school, many turn to doing a car wash, which is exactly how Donna got the dollas. It was a sexy car wash, one that Donna was very proud of, too. We absolutely loved the cutaway of a gratuitous Donna selling the sexy. Hey, sex sells, right? Click here to watch a gif of the whole car wash cutaway (4.59mb).
PLANE AND SIMPLE | Episode: Run to You (#213)
After years of shagging, Larissa and Harlan finally make it official and get hitched. The beautiful ceremony, officiated by Bennett, was both touching and hilarious. “When I think about love, I think about planes, because that is where we first did the dirty deed,” Harlan tells Larissa. “I was proud to open your eyes to sex in a very small bathroom. And now every time I walk through an airport, I think of you.” Larissa went next by saying, “Harlan, I love this airport. And not just because we did it in the first class lounge as well.” It was a great moment seeing one of our favorite characters moving on to the next chapter in her life.
LAUNDROMAT LOVE | Episode: Run to You (#213)
When Maggie found a woman’s phone number written on a napkin in Pete’s (Claybourne Elder) jacket, naturally she suspected that Pete was cheating on her. Maggie even enlisted Walt’s help to call the woman, Jess, who Maggie hilariously referred to as a “Bitch-Slut Cooze.” Turns out that Jess works at a jewelry store and helped Pete pick out an engagement ring. We totally didn’t see the proposal coming and the scene brought us to tears. Said Pete, “I know we haven’t been together that long, but I feel like when you know, you know, and I know. I want to spend the rest of my life with you.”
