Fans of Pretty Little Liars will be seeing a lot more of Andrea Parker as Mary Drake on the Freeform thriller. This comes as a surprise to the newly promoted series regular who thought her role on the show would be a very limited one.
“When I started this show — I think I came in somewhere in the early part of the second season — I thought it was just going to be a couple of episodes,” Parker says, “and it started to turn into a really fun gig.”

In a short amount of time, the native Californian became attached to her character and everyone else involved.
“I fell in love with Jessica, the whole DiLaurentis family and the whole PLL family,” she gushes. “It’s the writing, it’s the actors, it’s the crew, it’s the fanship.”
Parker, who has a lot of TV credits on her resume, says that her time on Pretty Little Liars has been unlike anything she’s ever worked on before.
“It has been a wild ride that just keeps getting better. This is the most fun that I’ve ever had!”

She goes on to explain why Season 7 will be the best yet.
“Mystery, mystery and more mystery, and yet the beauty is that nearly every week you will get reveals! It’s romantic, it’s intense, it’s a lot of fun this season!”
Pretty Little Liars Season 7 premieres tonight, June 21, at 8pm on Freeform.
