“This place is not just a place.”

Take that as a warning, campers! The extended teasers released by Freeform for the network’s new horror-supernatural series, Dead of Summer, warns that Camp Stillwater is not all what it seems.

The 30-second and 60-second spots, released Friday evening, combines footage from all three previous teasers including some never-before-seen footage.

Much more info on the anthology’s first 10-episode season is unearthed in the latest videos, both of which confirm Consulting Producer Richard Hatem’s teaser that we reported earlier this week.

“There’s something sort of in the lake, in the dirt, in the air, that manifests in various ways,” Hatem reveals.

While the promos don’t feature any footage from the actual pilot, as with the other teasers, we’re hoping Freeform will release an actual trailer with scenes of the cast from the series premiere real soon. We think next week Friday is the perfect day for that trailer release. Why, you ask? It’ll be Friday the 13th!

Stillwater’s dark, ancient mythology awakens, and what was supposed to be a summer of fun soon turns into one of unforgettable scares and evil at every turn.

Dead of Summer premieres Tuesday, June 28, at 9pm on Freeform.
