Devious Maids’ Rosie Moves On.
The last time Spence (Grant Show) saw Rosie (Dania Ramirez), harsh words were spoken. But it wasn’t his intention at all; it was his wife’s — Peri Westmore (Mariana Klaveno) — doing. She threatened to leave him with their child if Spence did not stop seeing Rosie. And since Rosie believed that he no longer wanted to be with her, she finds a new suitor elsewhere.
“She’s very hesitant at the beginning about getting into a relationship with Reggie (Reggie Austin),” Ramirez says. “I think he is very much into her and so she decides to give that relationship a chance. It takes her a while to really engage with him and really allow herself to go to a different place with Reggie.”
Spence finally reveals to Rosie that his whole speech was just an act he put on because he was worried he’d lose his child, but it was too late; Rosie had already moved on. But Spence/Rosie shippers, not to worry. Grant Show assures viewers that Spence will keep fighting to get her back! “Spence is never going to give up on Rosie. Ever. Ever!”
Devious Maids airs Sundays at 10pm on Lifetime.
