Being in a relationship with a famous celebrity certainly does have its perks, and Carmen (Roselyn Sanchez) definitely feels she is not on the receiving end of it. Her fake relationship with her gay employer — which she had agreed to in order to advance herself in the music industry — is so far not going her way.
At a big event, Carmen refuses to step out of a limo with Alejandro (Matt Cedeño) and put on a happy face while on his arm because she doesn’t feel respected at home. “[Odessa’s] been mean to me for months!” Carmen tells him. “I haven’t said anything because I am.. so nice.” (lol)
“I am not downstairs anymore, Alejandro. I am upstairs,” she adds. Will Alejandro agree to support her in the household? Will Carmen come out of the limo to help sell that they’re both a happy couple, or will she not and risk the public speculating about the legitimacy of the relationship?
