This teaser poster for Freeform’s supernatural thriller Dead of Summer is all making sense now!

The network on Friday evening released a couple of sneak peeks for episode 8 of the series, titled “The Devil Inside,” which may send chills up your spine!

In one of them, Joel (Eli Goree) plans to take down Holyoke (Tony Todd) once and for all by setting his cabin ablaze. But while he’s dousing it in gasoline, the front door eerily creaks open. Should he dare enter?

In the second clip, Garrett Sykes (Alberto Frezza) reveals to Jessie (Paulina Singer) that Sheriff Heelan (Charles Mesure) was not responsible for the deaths of Dave or Cricket (Amber Coney), and that a demon has been awoken.
