Skeet Ulrich Lands Guest Starring Role in CW’s “Riverdale”
Get Ready to Scream.
A fun bit of casting news today for Riverdale: Skeet Ulrich (“Scream,” 1996) has landed a guest starring role on The CW’s mid-season drama, reports E! News.
According to the site, Skeet Ulrich comes on board as the leader of the Southside Serpents gang. The character has ties to the main residents of Riverdale and will have a mysterious connection to Cole Sprouse’s character Jughead Jones.
In addition to his killer role on the Kevin Williamson-created slasher franchise, Ulrich also starred as a love-sick high scooler alongside fellow Scream cast member Neve Campbell in the supernatural cult classic The Craft.
His television credits include episodes of Law & Order: LA and a leading role in CBS’ fan-favorite Jericho.

Set in present day and based on the iconic Archie Comics characters, “Riverdale” is a surprising and subversive take on Archie, Betty, Veronica, and their friends, exploring the surrealism of small town life — the darkness and weirdness bubbling beneath Riverdale’s wholesome facade.
The cast includes Lili Reinhart (Surviving Jack), Cole Sprouse (The Suite Life of Zack and Cody), Ashleigh Murray, Luke Perry (Beverly Hills, 90210), KJ Apa, Madelaine Petsch, Camila Mendes, Marisol Nichols (GCB, Teen Wolf) and Mädchen Amick (Twin Peaks, Witches of East End).
Ulrich will make his debut in episode four.
Riverdale airs midseason on The CW.
