“The Originals” may not premiere until March, but a big, albeit accidental, snippet about the upcoming season has been dropped.
Series star Phoebe Tonkin posted a cast photo on her Facebook page on Thursday, commemorating a wrap on season 4. The usual suspects are there- Joseph Morgan, Daniel Gillies, Riley Volekel and Charles Michael Davis- along with none other than Rebekah Mikaelson herself, Claire Holt.
Holt, who officially exited the show during the first season, has guest starred on the series multiple times, notably during the season premiere, midseason finale and season finale of the last two seasons.
Seeing as the season 3 finale left most of the Mikaelsons trapped in a dreamscape- Rebekah included- odds are good that Holt will at least cameo in a few episodes of season 4.
“The Originals” returns in March on The CW.
