Canadian Sci-Fi fans rejoice! CTV Sci-Fi has officially announced that it has picked up Season 2 of SurrealEstate and will premiere in tandem with the stateside SYFY network this coming Wednesday, October 4 at 10pm.

Questions have swirled among the Canadian SurrealEstate fan community for weeks on whether or not the new season would also be available to watch. Thankfully, with just one week to go before the series’ long-awaited return, the network revealed on Wednesday that fans of the supernatural series would not be left out.

In other exciting news for our friends up north, CTV Sci-Fi also shared that it will be debuting the inaugural season of Reginald the Vampire, which aired on SYFY this time last year. Starting the following week, October 11, SurrealEstate Season 2 episodes will be followed by Reginald the Vampire.

What this essentially means is that Canadian viewers will be extremely lucky because they will have a double dose of Savannah Basley, who stars in both series as two completely opposite characters (Zooey and Angela).
