Dr. Cannerts Makes a Major Breakthrough in “Containment” Episode 108

The CW network has released the synopsis for episode #108 of Containment, which you can check out below. The installment, titled “There is a Crack in Everything,” is officially described as follows:

BLUEPRINT FOR A CURE — Dr. Cannerts (George Young) makes a major breakthrough that brings him one step closer to finding a cure for the virus. Meanwhile, after monitoring hospital surveillance from the day of the outbreak, Katie (Kristen Gutoskie) and Jake (Chris Wood) unravel the truth behind Patient Zero. Elsewhere, Jana (Christina Moses) and Suzy (guest star Nadine Lewington) move forward with a plan to escape the cordon using the city’s underground tunnel system. Finally, a risky operation to extract the potential antidote from the cordon takes an unexpected turn. David Gyasi, Claudia Black and Trevor St. John also star.

Conainment “There is a Crack in Everything” was directed by Elliott Lester and written by Ariella Blejer & Dawn Kamoche. The episode airs Tuesday, June 14, at 9pm on The CW.
