Chucky Comes Alive and Slays in Epic Final Trailer for SYFY & USA Network’s “Chucky”

“It’s kill or be killed.”

SYFY & USA Network have released a menacing new trailer for Chucky, the highly anticipated coming of rage story from Child’s Play creator Don Mancini. The final trailer (below) gives us a closer look at just how far Chucky has come — and teases the big names returning for the series.

In the new Chucky television series, an idyllic American town is thrown into chaos after a vintage ‘Chucky’ doll turns up at a suburban yard sale. Soon, everyone must grapple with a series of horrifying murders that begin to expose the town’s deep hypocrisies and hidden secrets.

Meanwhile, friends and foes from Chucky’s past creep back into his world and threaten to expose the truth behind his mysterious origins as a seemingly ordinary child who somehow became this notorious monster.

Chucky brings back fan favorites Brad Dourif (Chucky), Jennifer Tilly (Tiffany), Fiona Dourif (Nica), Alex Vincent (Andy Barclay), and Christine Elise (Kyle). The series welcomes Devon Sawa (Final Destination, Casper) and Lexa Doig (Arrow, Stargate: SG1) to the franchise as well as Zackary Arthur, Bjorgvin Arnarson, Alyvia Alyn Lind, and Teo Briones.

Chucky is produced by UCP and executive produced by creator Don Mancini, David Kirschner, and Nick Antosca. Harley Peyton will also serve as executive producer. Mancini, who penned the film franchise, wrote the television adaptation, will direct the first episode and serves as showrunner.

Chucky premieres Tuesday, October 12 at 10pm on USA & Syfy.
