New Couples Emerge in “Supergirl” Season 5 Premiere ‘Event Horizon’

The CW network has released the synopsis for the season premiere of Supergirl, which you can check out below. The episode, titled “Event Horizon,” is officially described as follows:

SEASON PREMIERE – Kara (Melissa Benoist) is surprised to find that CatCo has a new owner who has brought in a star reporter.

New couples emerge and explore their budding relationships while J’onn J’onzz (David Harewood) receives an unexpected visitor.

Supergirl, “Event Horizon,” was written by Derek Simon & Nicki Holcomb and directed by Jessie Warn. The episode airs Sunday, October 6, at 9pm on The CW.
