“Are you going to be okay?”
That’s the question Bruce Jenner would ask himself if he was were Diane Sawyer.
Sawyer appeared on The View Friday morning to preview her exclusive 2-hour sit-down with former Olympic Gold Medalist and TV personality, Jenner.
“It’s an incredible moment in his life and maybe a moment for all of us, too, to think about a lot of things that we haven’t thought about,” explains Sawyer, on the daytime talk show.
“He’s in a very strong place, it seems to me,” she continues. “Also, in the course of these two hours you’re going to see there a lot of different moods.”
In the special edition of 20/20, the two-hours cover three separate interviews that were filmed over the course of a few days, and include interviews from family members who will be weighing in.
“His entire life, he has been most worried about his children, and we have a chance to hear from them,” she says.
“It’s not just his story, it’s a family story, and I think a family love story.”
